Architecture + Design

We have developed a series of “products” (unit types) that are used as our building-blocks for all projects we undertake. These products have been designed and developed based on our panelized building system that can be flat-packed and delivered to our sites and hoisted into place. This standardizes both the design and construction phases of all projects we undertake, resulting in time and cost savings. These savings are reallocated toward superior building materials, health + wellness features, and sustainability initiatives, at both the unit and building level.
